I signed up with Humana because they were cheap cheap cheap! Now I know why. I had to have surgery. Got pre-approval, had the surgery and then spent ten months waiting for them to pay. Every time I called, I got passed from person to person, each one giving me a different reason for the delay. If I’d known there was going to be this much stress, I’d have paid a bit more and got another company. That said, they did pay in full. They just delayed payment. Guess you get what you pay for.
