Never met a better company at sending out their renewal notices. Red hot when it came to taking money out of my account. Deadly slow when I made a claim and snarky guys at the end of the telephone when I tried to get the claim going.
Finally got the loss adjuster to agree the repairs and they paid out last week. Thats more than three months after the accident. The only thing going for them is their policeys cheap so I’ll stick with them.
